Flightpath is a work management tool built by MKRST. It is an invitation-only tool for business customers, not a public sign-up product — these terms are written with that in mind.
Who can use Flightpath
Flightpath is only for people invited to a customer workspace by someone with authority to invite them. You may not share your login with anyone outside your organisation, and access can be removed at any time by your workspace's admin or by us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Flightpath for anything unlawful.
- Try to access another workspace's data, or attempt to bypass any security or access control.
- Upload content you don't have the right to upload, or content that is abusive, defamatory or infringes someone else's rights.
- Try to disrupt or overload the service.
Your data
Whatever your organisation enters into Flightpath — leads, contacts, clients, jobs, documents and files — belongs to your organisation, not to us. We store and process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. If your organisation stops using Flightpath, contact us to have that data deleted.
Availability
We do our best to keep Flightpath running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or fault-free. We may need to take it down for maintenance, or change or discontinue features, from time to time.
Limitation of liability
Flightpath is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, MKRST is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — for example, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, under the Australian Consumer Law).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Queensland.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the “last updated” date above when we do.
